Welcome to RyRacer! We're glad you're here. By accessing or using RyRacer (the “Service”), including visiting our website, making any payment, or playing the game, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
RyRacer is a pay-to-play 3D arcade combat racing game. You pay a small amount of Bitcoin (via the Lightning Network or on-chain) to play individual races or purchase race packs. The game is provided for entertainment purposes. Wager races are an experimental beta feature with separate risk disclosures incorporated at /terms/wager.
All payments are made in Bitcoin and are final and non-refundable except where required by law. Due to the nature of cryptocurrency transactions, confirmed network payments generally cannot be reversed by RyRacer.

We want every player to have a great experience. If you run into any issues — a payment that didn't go through properly, a technical glitch, or anything else — contact binmucker@proton.me. We will do everything in our power to make it right.
While we cannot guarantee a specific outcome in every situation, we are committed to treating every player fairly and working with you to resolve problems.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using RyRacer, you represent that you meet this requirement and that paid play, Bitcoin payments, and any wager feature are legal where you are located.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these Terms or engages in behavior that disrupts the experience for others.
RyRacer is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs. We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RyRacer and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service in the 30 days preceding the claim.
All content, code, graphics, and assets associated with RyRacer are the property of their respective owners. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without express written permission.
RyRacer collects and stores the operational data described in the Privacy Policy, including session tokens, scores, pack orders, payment status records, wallet public keys for wager beta flows, and consent-gated analytics. The Privacy Policy explains retention, processors, and data request paths.
If a dispute comes up, contact binmucker@proton.me first so we can try to resolve it informally. These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any claim must be brought in a court or forum with proper jurisdiction unless applicable law requires a different process.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective date” at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
