Welcome to RyRacer! We're glad you're here. By accessing or using RyRacer (the “Service”), including visiting our website, making any payment, or playing the game, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
RyRacer is a pay-to-play 3D arcade combat racing game. You pay a small amount of Bitcoin (via the Lightning Network or on-chain) to play individual races or purchase race packs. The game is provided for entertainment purposes.
All payments are made in Bitcoin and are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of cryptocurrency transactions, we are unable to process refunds once a payment has been confirmed on the network.

While we cannot guarantee a specific outcome in every situation, we are committed to treating every player fairly and working with you to resolve problems.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these Terms or engages in behavior that disrupts the experience for others.
RyRacer is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs. We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RyRacer and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service in the 30 days preceding the claim.
All content, code, graphics, and assets associated with RyRacer are the property of their respective owners. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without express written permission.
We do not collect personal information beyond what is necessary to operate the Service. Payments are processed via Bitcoin, and we do not store your wallet addresses beyond what is needed for transaction verification. Leaderboard entries display only the player name you choose during gameplay.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective date” at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
